HOW IT STARTED

It began with something I kept noticing: I knew so many brilliant women doing brilliant things locally, but we rarely talked about what we actually did.

So I put everyone in one room.

I genuinely had no idea if anyone would turn up.

Thankfully, they did - and what started as one experimental event quickly became a community of women discovering, recommending and supporting one another.
